Do you want to learn more about art and architecture as a way to add richness to your worship? Each year Michael Bausch and Catherine Carlson take small groups of 6-10 people to Europe to experience art, architecture, and church history. You can see some sample itineraries at Roam With Us.

These customized trips offer an exposure to art and architecture so that you can develop your sense of visual art. Worship leadership knows that auditory arts (music and preaching) and the visual arts (painting, sculpture, architecture, and film) can bring exciting and culturally relevant worship to their congregations.

Groups have visited the British Museum and the National Gallery in London, the Louvre, D'Orsay, Rodin and Picasso in Paris; the Vatican Museum and the Borghese Gallery in Rome; the Uffizi and Accademia in Florence; the Accademia and Guggenheim in Venice; the Prado and Reina Sofia in Madrid; Picasso in Barcelona: Guggenheim in Bilboa; and the National Archaeological Museum in Athens.

Tours also include visits to smaller museums and exhibits, as well as to beautiful and interesting churches and mosques. Groups use public transportation, stay in family-run hotels, and eat in neighborhood restaurants with the local people. Visit  Roam With Us for further information or to request a customized tour.
